Brief Answer:
visit a gastroenterologist for physical examinatoon and management

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. I acn understand your concerns

Since the ultrasound suggeat cld and some cystic mass arising from the duodenum or stomach. I will suggest you to visit a gastroenterologist for evaluation.

Presence of cld can be due to many causes for which you require tests. Causes are alcohol intake, hepatitis B hepatitis C and autoimmune disease and fatty liver.

You also require endoscopic examination to define the origin of that cystic mass and to see for varices.

You may require ct scan of abdomen also depending upon physical examination history and above tests.

So you should visit a gastroenterologist for further management.

I hope i have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health
