Brief Answer:
Please provide further information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX

I can certainly understand your concerns.

As per the symptoms described, your brother seems to have Borderline personality disorder.

This condition require a combination of psychotherapy and medication therapy.

This could have been linked to early brain trauma.

I can guide you better if you can upload images of the older CT/MRI brain reports.

Currently what medication is he taking in the morning?

Thank you.

Hlo doctor.... I'll try to send his medication reports as soon as possible..... But I wanna tell one thing his anger is for an hour only.....at that time he is out of control and it becomes very difficult for us to handle him....b'coz...either he tries to kill himself or the person who is in front of him or who refuses to give any thing he wants.....but after sometimes......he'll b absolutely alryt as before.....if he'll busy in some work....he'll b absolutely alryt ....this condition arises only then...when he has nothing to do or he is free.......contact my parents..... They can provide u brief information about him.....contact no.....0000........0000

Brief Answer:
Possible disturbances in Aggression control

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX

I apologize for the delayed response owning to my work schedule.

These symptoms may represent a Borderline Personality disorder as earlier stated.

But whether it's linked to underlined early brain trauma or not has to be clarified.
This requires going through his CT scan reports and other medications.

The history which you gave seems faily enough.Meanwhile you kindly arrange for uploaded CT scan and medication reports.

His condition can be reasonably well treated with few sessions of cognitive and behavioral therapy along with oral pills of Antidepressants and Anti anxiety medications. These drugs improve the serotonin levels in the brain and control his impulsive behavior.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
