Question: I am 30 years old, I will get marriage soon, but I want to develop my Premature Ejaculation, please tell me what is the process of long time sex. Thanks

Premature ejaculation is pretty common among young adults.
This resolves by itself in a larger section of people.
Before going for oral medications, I advise you to practice the start and stop technique to prevent early ejaculation.
Only when it does not resolve, you may need medications.
I generally recommend my patients with oral pills of Sildenafil on SOS basis.This will dramatically prolong the duration of sexual activity.
