Well I am not from XXXXXXX but polymyalgia rheumatica is quite common in elder population in US as well as Europe..associated does come Giant cell arteritis which is again seen in Western population..

We in the other side of the world have other vasculitis which are common..

Having pcod and irregular cycles. I am 30 years old. had multiple joints pain (heel pain and knee stiffness, pain) since 3 weeks. Took blood test.
