Brief Answer:
avoidance, antihistamines, nasal sprays, ketotifen, montelukast

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Allergies are treated by: (1) avoiding the allergen if possible, in some cases of environmental allergies eg dust, pollen, animals, strong scents, this is not possible

(2)anti histamines- these are available over the counter

(3)topical steroid nasal sprays such as nasonex, nasocort, flonase, rhinocort

(4)if the above is not enough may need to try meds such as ketotifen, montelukast or oral steroids

Ketotifen is an anti histamine but it also acts as a mast cell stabilizer, this means that it prevents the release of chemicals that play a role in causing the allergies and sneezing

Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist- this means that it also blocks the pathway for the allergy chemicals to act

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
