Brief Answer:
SSRI group of medications will be best choice

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

Premature ejaculation can be treated or controlled with the help of behavioral methods and the medications.
The behavioral techniques need to be practiced during sex and yield results over a time. Even your partner can assist you in some of the techniques like squeeze technique.

The techniques are difficult to explain here but you can just google 'kegel method ' to understand it. For good results it is recommended to have 100 contractions per day which can be divided in three to four times a day as per your convenience. To start with try to contract for few seconds and than increase slowly with target of around 15 seconds per contractions.

Premature ejaculation can also be controlled by medications.

SSRI antidepressant drugs cause delayed ejaculation as a side effect, and this side effect is used therapeutically in the treatment of premature ejaculation. These drugs are as following:
Tablet. Paroxetine
Tablet. Fluoxetine
Tablet. Sertraline .

A person with premature ejaculation need to take any of these drugs regularly and its effect will appear only after 15 to 20 days.

Another strategy is to take drug one hour before sex. The another antidepressant drug dapoxetine is given one hour before sex and it cause delayed ejaculation.

Since these all medications are prescription only you need to get prescription from doctor in your area.

I hope this answers your question.

Brief Answer:
Suhagra 50 have nothing to do with premature ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

There is no role of suhagra 50 in premature ejaculation. It helps in erection but it should not be taken without medical supervision. Around the world there are reports of at least 50 deaths with use of suhagra particularly those with cardiac ailment.

Alcohol is big culprit in causing premature ejaculation but few people get benefit with use of alcohol. It is always better to stop all these kind of things including alcohol, drugs.

Before using any medication talk to your doctor and follow the instructions in proper way.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Please see a psychiatrist or urologist

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.

Unfortunately I am not supposed to name any doctor or hospital as per website policy but you can see either a psychiatrist or urologist for premature ejaculation.

For simple suggestion if it is same from the day one of sexual intercourse/masturation go to urologist otherwise prefer a reputed psychiatrist. Also if it varies in different situations prefer a psychiatrist.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards
