Brief Answer:
Lumbar canal stenosis treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. You can follow few tips for relief

- Tablet Percocet 10 mg is a good choice. But it is a strong painkiller and can cause addiction. You can start with neuropathic painkiller which are relatively safe like Pregabaline, Gabapentine, Nortriptyline, Amitriptyline

- You should also take neuron specific vitamin like B12, Pyridoxine, Pantothenic acid, Folic acid for rapid relief.

- Avoid hyperextension at lumbar joint

- Start physiotherapy like stretching exercise for relief.

- Apply painkiller gel like Capsacin ointment for relief.

Hope it will help. If any doubt, do let me know.,
Thanks. Take care
