Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to HCM.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Neck pain may be due to muscle spasm or cervical spondylosis.
Is there any history of trauma, weakness, urinary complains, fever, cough?

For pain relief you can take Zerodol MR instead of zerodol sp. Pregabalin or gabapentin can be started if pain not improve in 4-5 days.

Local application of pain killer gel (eg. VOLINI) can also be of help.

Thank you for the reply.
There is no such, history of trauma, weakness, urinary complains, fever, cough. After having Ark-75 (sorry not zerodol SP) for 2 days, which I was following before asking you. I got some relief but not fully. Do I have to continue Zerodol MR , If so could please tell me the dosage, whether alone or with any other tablet.
