Brief Answer:
Use antifungal powder

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Jock itch is known for recurrence.
It gets controlled with any antifungal medication but reappears once you stop medication.
This happens because the fungus can survive outside body in clothes.
I treat such cases in a sequential way.
1. Change all your undergarments and bring new.
2. Use an antifungal powder like clotrimazole twice daily. Powder will preven development of moisture.
3.Iron out your undergarments daily. This is important as strong heat kills fungus in undergarments.
4. You must use powder continuously for 4 months even if you feel that there is no symptom.
5. Ironing out must be continued for 6 months.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
