Brief Answer:
Take treatment and precautions as advised

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Migraine headache needs to be managed adequately. Preventive steps are timely meals, proper sleep, avoiding fasting, excessive tea or coffee or chocolates.

Prophylaxis medications like Amitriptyline, Flunarizine, Divalproate or Topiramate can be initiated. Pain killers like Aceclofenac, Naproxen or Mefenamic acid can be taken during pain.
