OK, While still experience discomfort (probably always will) I have not had a serious IBS pain attack, wonderful improvement indeed. I do not take linzess anymore, seems bowels are working pretty well. Have cut back on mebeverine to every other day and plan to stop completely in week. do not use alcohol, beer, or carbonated beverages (do have 2 glasses white wine per day). No fried food, no dairy (except occasional butte patty), no gluten (except some white bread for a sandwich), no large meals, no spicy foods. So am very grateful for your introduction to mebeverine and very strict diet. Believe you have done everything that can be done for my condition and its up to me to continue strict diet and persevere. So I would like to discontinue the monthly $15 expense and our communication and just hope my days continue to be relatively comfortable. Your thoughts ??? XXXXXXX

Hello once again.

Sorry once again about the delay, it seems I end up apologising to you at least once during our communication. Reason being, that unfortunately I have been very inactive on this forum ever since our communication began (trust me it wasn't the same prior to that), simply because of a change in my responsibilities at the hospital.

I do believe that you know all there is to know, although living with IBS is a continuous learning process, because many a times I myself react to certain food items differently than I used to earlier, primarily due to my IBS. But I am sure you will be able to interpret and accordingly mould yourself to the requirements in order to live a healthy life.

I do believe you can do it, and most probably will not require my help, but if at all you do anytime in the future, do not hesitate to contact me, and no matter how busy I am, I will make sure I take time out for you sir.
