Brief Answer:
There is no cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX

The symptoms of painless ,tiredness is related to severe anemia you had. It is not related to multiple blood transfusion you have received. Even after receiving blood transfusion for the Hemoglobin to raise it requires 3 to 5 days. So the symptoms of severe anemia can persist still longer even after receiving blood transfusion.

I would suggest you the following

1. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter a day
2. Oral Iron and multivitamin supplements

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
