Brief Answer:
Urinary infection likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Your symptoms indicate you have a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), which is more common in females than in males. Not to worry, as it is not something which is untreatable or life threatening, but you need a prompt medical attention to address this issue of your's to confirm it. Kindly visit a Primary Care Physician or a proficient Gynecologist, so that he/she may do a physical assessment and suggest few tests like Bloodwork, Urinalysis, Urine Culture or Ultrasound abdomen to rule out Urinary infection, to authenticate his/her clinical findings.
Your treatment plan will be formulated accordingly after confirmation. Antibiotics are the typical treatment for a UTI. Most commonly a Fluroquinolone like Tab Levofloxacin for 14 days followed by a repeat urine routine. If the urine grows an organism the antibiotic can be changed to what that organism is sensitive to. Drink plenty of water. Use protection during intercourse and your partner should undergo a urine routine as well.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
