Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I would appreciate if you could give me some information in order to give you a better judgement.
-When did your symptoms start ?
-Are the red blotches itchy ?
-Have you ever experienced anything similar before?
-Do you have any known allergy ?

It would be really helpful if you could provide a picture of this rash and if this is not possible can you please describe with some details how the rash looks like ?

Waiting for your answer.

Kind regards,

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

Thank you for the information provided.
It seems to be an allergy.
An allergic reaction to any food ingredient or a pollen-food allergy would explain the stomach symptoms and the skin lesion.
Another option is that these 2 problems are not related. The skin lesions are symptoms of an allergic reaction and the stomach symptoms are related to indigestion or hyperacidity.
I would suggest to consult a physician because the skin lesions require a physical examination and some tests to confirm the diagnosis.

Regarding your stomach symptoms ,I would suggest to start Ranitidine 75 mg once a day 30 min before a meal for 1 week.
Avoid fatty, processed, spicy foods.Avoid coffee or drinks that contain caffeine.Avoid acidic foods ,juices ,chocolate .
Eat small frequent meals instead of 3 major meals.Drink plenty of water.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.

Take care.
Dr.Rovena
