Suggest Treatment For Painful Mole On The Edge Of My Ear

Question: I have a small brown round mole on the edge of my ear that became more tender after I experienced upper respiratory infection treated with levaquan
I am 60 year old male in good general health I think ! Should I see otolaryngologist dermatologist or my pcp ?
