Brief Answer:
Menarche Dysmenorrhea?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,Dear thanks for the query to HCM virtual Clinic.
I studied your query in all the details.
I understood the concerns you have about your daughter.
From the facts provided by your query, your daughter seems to suffer from
Dysmenorrhea, which is painful menstrual period. And would settle as the period passes.
Severe nausea is a normal association with stomach pains in dysmenorrhea.
Repeated use of advil or Midol would cause or increase the inbuilt nausea of dysmenorrhea. So avoid self medication for your daughter.
I would advise you to treat her under guidance of your family doctor or ER Gynaec doctor.
Remedy -
-Would be Anti-spamodic drugs(Dicyclomine with paracetamol) with advise from your family doctor.
-Tab Promethazine with prescription from your family doctor would be suggested for your daughter
-If it still is not controlled ,Oral Contraceptive pills with guidance from your family doctor is suggested.
Give sips and avoid spicy diets.
Hope this would resolve your health query to your satisfaction.
Welcome for any further query in this regard to ME.
Wishing fast recovery to your daughter.
Have a good day.
