Suggest Treatment For Painful Ejaculation
Question: I have been having this happen for probab ly the last 6 years. I am a diabetic for 49 yrs and am now 59. when I ejaculate it is so painful as it feels as if someone is stabbing me with a knife in both my sides and back and front.Is there anything I can take to correct? Will see uroligist on the #rd of March, but he didn't seem to have any idea what was causing this pain. Any advice?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have painful ejaculation .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic?
2) Do you have any urinary symptoms like frequency.poor stream,urgency etc suggestive of Enlarged Prostate .
Painful ejaculation is mostly due to Prostatitis
Please revisit your Urologist and discuss with him regarding doing following basic test .
1) Semen Examination and Culture .
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and Pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4)Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning (TRUS)
In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .
Further treatment will depend upon results of these tests and final diagnosis.
