Suggest Treatment For Painful Decayed Tooth

Question: I have to have 4 teeth out due to decay. I am really nervous so having a GA to have them out. I am having 2 bottom wisdom teeth and l6 and r7. I am in absolute agony waiting for them to come out. Can anything be done whilst waiting for them out. I can only take paracetamol due to severe asthma and multiple drug allergies. One of my teeth I think is through to the nerve. I go on holiday next week and scared my holiday will be ruined
