Brief Answer:
Regarding reactive VDRL and raised AEC

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
A reactive VDRL should be followed up by a specific test for syphilis e.g TPHA or FTA ABS test. Besides that VDRL titres should also be done to monitor response to treatment, in case treatment is required.
Is the girl sexually active? A reactive VDRL in a sexually inactive girl is most likely a biological false positive and need not require any treatment.
A raised eosinophil count can be due to many cause commonly like parasitic infection/ infestation, drug allergy, atopic dermatitis/ atopy. I suggest a deworming treatment for her and then repeat AEC after a month.
