Brief Answer:
Evaluation for headache

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

It may encounter that high pitch voice could have resulted in the above symptoms but these should not last over a week's time.

If such a person comes to me I would evaluate for headache mainly tension headache, migraine. Few of the symptoms you utter were related to tension headache. You can try to take a TYLENOL and also antacid tablet and see if it helps. However a CT scan head is also required in your case to rule out any space occupying lesion in the brain. Although the back of thigh is totally unrelated at times tension headaches can lead to muscle aches in the rest of the body.

I still suggest a simple pain killer for temporary relief and further evaluation by a Primary care / Neurologist whoever is available early.

Brief Answer:
Yes need a Neurologist opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Since the symptoms are particularly related to neurology, you should get a neurologist evaluation who can order for an MRI of the brain as well Get a proper referral without which appointment is difficult with a Neurologist.

I still find Migraine/Tension headache to be of primary reason and strong possibility in your case. It can be confirmed by a Neurologist.
