Brief Answer:
Give me some more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear ! Thank you for posting your question to HCM .

The characteristics of the pain you described, indicates more for a muscle pain but please give me some more information by answering some questions so I can have a clear idea .

- For how long have you been with this pain ? The pain have been getting worse or better during the days after it first started ?

- Where exactly is the pain ? Did you have any history of trauma/injury that may cause the pain?

- Do you have any fever, cough (dry or productive), difficulty breathing or any other symptoms apart from those you've mentioned ?

- Is the pain constant or comes and goes ?

-Do you take any medication for any particular health concerns, if yes please list them ?
-Do you have any past/present medical/surgical history ?

In a possible muscular pain, I'd recommend to use warm compress , topical painkillers (Diclofenac spray) or oral painkillers /anti-inflammatory (Ibuprofen/Tylenol).

Please let me know these details so that I can guide you further.
Take Care !
