Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management accordingly

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Painful breasts with lumps near by in axilla need further evaluation and a detailed physical examination. Age of 53 is less likely to be hormonal changes . Likely possibilities of infection need to be ruled out . A mammogram and a breast ultrasound will clear any collection or any infective or inflammatory process.

That lump in axilla need to be correlated because God forbid it could also point towards some breast malignancy and that needs histopathological evaluation and and correlation.

Nut shell, seek a doctor let them run some baseline work up and assess the physical status of breast and rule out any visible color change or symmetry or mass.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

I understand everything you said but the mottled skin on back and shoulder on the left shouler radiading towards my lower back is problematic. The pain in my neck is secondary but it seems to to gather under my left breast but where it meets left upper shoulder muscle. Disregarding the cist on my shoulder this a new developement amd reaching under my armpit, is so painful all the way up to my shoulder,I have to wonder if there isn't something else.

Brief Answer:
Needs work up

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back

That mottled skin and pain in torso are likely musculoskeletal and with history of Road traffic accidents such presentations are quite common. How ever such pain can be a referred from gallbladder or pancreas and what we suspect of pain in chest / breast could be basically a gallbladder or pancreas inflammation or stone causing all this mess. That is why i humbly requested all the baseline work up to rule out all the possibilities and narrow the differentials.

i hope it helps.

Thanks, will do immediately. Appreciate your expertise in this matter, considering the fever I have this evening, you may be saving a life.
Can I ask you a question the car accident was ten years ago, this has presented in the last week. I will say that I have joint problems and was tentatively diagnosed with lupus and reumatism a long time ago. They didn't seem to be part of my life till this wake up call, could this be related?

Omg, full disclosure, I also have 24 year old breast implants after my fourth child I had clogged milk ducts and they gave me breast implants . Dow .

Brief Answer:
Needs correlation of symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back

Now that you mentioned lupus and rheumatism in your history these all pain symptoms could be attributed to this. Also you mentioned a breast implants history so that could also cause infection and body reacting to them as foreign body may give all such symptoms.

That is why a good history is mandatory for a better management. Your symptoms without history of lupus and rheumatism and breast implant was not sufficient to answer.

Kindly seek a doctor and let them run some baseline work up to sort it out.

i hope it helps.
