Based on the symptoms, we need to exclude a hip joint pathology. You can get an X-ray of the right hip region.

Brief Answer:
Need to examine in details.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

If the hip joint movements are painful, then, it would point to hip joint pathology.

Also, a pinched nerve in the lower back could give rise to similar symptoms.

Also, do you have any other symptoms?

Brief Answer:
Below are the suggestions.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Diet should be rich in protein such as chicken, fish, eggs, etc; and calcium such as milk and yoghurt.

Exercises such as jogging and cycling, along with weights in gym are good.

Brief Answer:
Does it hurt on pressure?

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Does it hurt on applying pressure? If yes, it could point to a joint pathology, such as in hip, pelvic bones, etc. X-ray and clinical examination would help in identifying the joint affected.

Best wishes,

Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM
