Brief Answer:
Please try using muscle relaxant and pain relief ointment or spray

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. A young person having pain in the neck following a massage and biting sensation in the feet might be likely due to muscle spasm. This usually happens after a heavy massage especially in those who are not used to massaging. Advil contains ibuprofen and is an oral non steroidal anti inflammatory medicine. Bayer back and body contains aspirin and is a pain reliever.

2. For your discomfort, I suggest that you apply ointment or spray containing a muscle relaxant and pain relief combination. There is over the counter spray and ointment like Salonpas and contains Menthol and Methyl Salicylate which might provide you relief.

3. Using hot and cold packs on the neck and lower back might also provide comfort. Muscle spasm stays for about 3 to 5 days. If there is no improvement after following above methods even after 5 days then please consult your doctor for a clinical evaluation.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
