Brief Answer:
TMJ

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am sorry to hear you are having so much pain. I see that you are already taking two NSAIDs (Advil and Zorvolex). You can add Tylenol to that. I also get some relief when my TMJ acts up with hot wet compresses. I stand over the sink and keep reheating the washcloth then apply it to my jaw joint. This helps lessen the muscle spasm.

However, if none of this helps, I think you will need to go to the urgent care clinic or ER where they can give you stronger medication such as something with an opiate in it (Tylenol with Codeine, etc).

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
