Question: Hey my legs and back hurting
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Praveen Tayal (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Can be due to dehydration or excessive exercise.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in back and legs can be due to excessive exercise, inadequate fluid intake, electrolyte imbalance, vitamin D3 deficiency, muscle cramps, etc. It is best to take rest, a mild pain killer and do a hot compress. If this does not help and the pain persists then do consult your physician for a direct examination and a few blood tests.
I hope this answers your query.
