Brief Answer:
Gastric discomfort

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Feeling pain as like pushing out a splinter in stomach area needs assessment. The likely cause of it at this age is the gastric discomfort gastritis and or acid reflux.

i suggest take some antacids and modify diet and lifestyle like avoiding alcohol, beverages, stimulants, sodas, sweets and chocolates, spices, sauces and smoking etc. Losing weight , eating fibrous diet and using plenty of water, eating small frequent meals and keeping a gap of 3 hours between last meal and lying down helps.

You may also take some antispasmodics for the relief. Wait and see if it helps. If the pain does not subside in 48 hours visit a gastroenterologist.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
