Question: I HAD REALLY BAD PAIN IN MY JAW AND A BURNING SENSATION MY CHEST. IT LASTED ABOUT 5 minutes. MY RIGHT ARM HURT

This can suggest angina, sometime. So you should go have a ECG done and see cardiologist or physician. Do you have any cardiac illness? I notice you are aspirin. Now you take an additional dose of aspirin and no heavy or strenuous work till you get the ecg done and see a doctor.
