Question: XXXXXXX XXXX My husband 4 days eat something hurt his throte swolling pain
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Prasad J (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Gargles should fix it...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I don't think Dr. XXXXXXX Berger is available now to address your question. Therefore I shall take this opportunity to address his issue.

Before I can give my opinion, I will like to know if he has other symptoms like fever, nasal congestion or fever.

In the interim, he should start warm salt water, throat lozenges and tylenol pain relief. This should ease the discomfort and allow him to swallow better.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Continue Saline water garlges, lozenges and tylenol.

Detailed Answer:
In that case, the saline water gargles, lozenges and tylenol are sufficient to fix the problem.

That being said, please watch out for fresh symptoms including the ones I mentioned earlier.

Hope this helped. Please close this discussion if you have no more questions.
