Brief Answer:
Antihistamine and local corticosteroid creams will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and pictures. Taking antihistamines like benadryl or cetirizine will be helpful for insect bite reaction. You can also apply hydrocortisone cream locally. If you are not immunized for Tetanus then tetanus toxoid injection should be taken. If there is no improvement with this then a short course of corticosteroid like methyl prednisolone orally will be needed. For that you can approach your GP.

Check your Blood pressure. If there is more decrease in Blood pressure or feeling of dizziness or respiratory discomfort then approach ER for corticosteroid shot.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
