Suggest Treatment For Pain And Cramps On The Back And Shoulders

Question: I have been having an acute pain in my back left shoulder for 2 days and it runs from the base of my neck down to the bottom of my shoulder blade. Extremely tired as well and tonight my fingers were cramping up and freezing in place all facing in weird directions. I do smoke too

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.The most likely cause is trapezius muscle spasm,a muscle which joins neck and shoulder.Do you have painful restriction of neck movement ?
I would like to treat you with hot water fomentation ,ibuprofen along with muscle relaxant drug thiocolchicoside.Get them prescribed by your local doctor.
Do you have numbness and tingling sensation in fingers with radiating pain from neck down to fingers ?

I is painful on left side of neck. I had my fingers "freeze up in weird positions and they were cramped and facing weird directions, no shooting pain in my arm

i would hate to sit in the ER for hours for a pulled muscle.

I just thought that it was weird when my fingers did that - but it was both hands.

not just left hand

I have gone through your reply carefully and it could be the calcium deficiency leading to weird finger positioning,you may send/upload the picture of hand if possible.
Is this happening for the first time?
You may add milk and milk products to your diet along with calcium (Tablet.Citromacalvit).May continue with the treatment as discussed earlier.

ok thanks. I like your answer better - I was told by a friend of mine in he medical field that it coudl be a heart attack. - i have had it for 2 days think i would have died by now.
