First of all relax . The dosage taken is not life threatening but he needs to be taken to Emergency department and given a stomach wash.

You can also make him to drink salt water and make him vomit before taking him to Emergency department.

She has taken in morning hours and we are aware only now. And she has taken 13 of the tablets. Please advise..

Take her to Hospital . She needs admission and the doctors will test for Blood paracetamol levels and if its high there is an antidote that will be given.
