Suggest Treatment For Nightfall

Question: Hello doc
I am 20 ,male .
I am having regular nighfall .every other night or week .this is happening from last 2 years
Sometimes it stops but if it happen once then continue for coming weeks and leaves me weak.
Specially i notice that my hand are becoming lean and thin as this continue .i think i am loosing upper body strength due to it.after regular nightfall i notice that my hand espacially from wrist to elbow shows weakness .this night fall usually occurs during early hours 75% during 5-9 am .
Although i masturbate rarely now (2 years before i used to masturbate regular).

1. Masturbation is a safe individual sexual activity and it can be done 2 to 3 times in a week. It should not be done more than once daily.

2. You can thing of the testis as a reservoir of semen. When a person has sex or masturbates, then the semen is ejected out in a natural way. If masturbation or sex is not practiced then the semen gets collected in the testis and when there is over flow and night fall happens.

3. In most people, night fall happens during dreams and many people have good sleep in early hours and that is the reason night fall happens usually in early hours.

4. The elbow and wrist pain and loss of strength in upper body is not related to your night fall and this probably requires to be evaluated by doing neurological clinical examination. Please get examined by your doctor once and if there is no other medical condition then probably it is a psychological feeling.

5. You can do masturbation once every week to release the semen and this will prevent night fall. Masturbation is a normal behavior in people of your age and when you start having sexual intercourse then you can stop masturbation.

But i have noticed that despite masturbating weekly, nightfall continues
Masturbating is not helping as i hav tried it.
Also its main reason is wet/dirty dreams which alawys follows nighgtfall .
I have started feeling low in energy and activeness in my body.
ANd 80% of nightfall occurs between 4-8 am

5. Get checked for any other medical condition which you might have and which is causing tiredness and low energy.

I have read that regular nightfall can result in lowering of testostrone and cause weakness and inactiveness
How can i increase my T-levels
Can i take any medication for both
Do suggest if any for above.
