Brief Answer:
need vitamins and water

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Here are some things to try. Drink at least 2 liters of water daily. Take a multivitamin/multimineral daily. Cramping is often due to lack of hydration or correct vitamins and minerals.
For the nausea and heartburn try an omeprazole twice a day until your flight. If there is any chance of pregnancy take a pregnancy test.
Avoid tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, sodas and fast foods.
If you develop fever or vomiting and diarrhea then see a doctor for evaluation and treatment before you fly.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
