Following details are needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You are saying to:
- be nauseous for days (especially in the morning)
- been taking pepto-bismol (which makes me think you're having changes in bowel movements too).

At this point, I need to know if you are:
- are also having diarrhea?
- what other medications you take on regular basis?
- are you having abdominal pain also?
- is nausea present early in the morning or after having breakfast?

Apart a possible gastroenteritis, taking into account all your personal data, biliary/liver problems should be also considered.

Looking forward to have the requested info in!

Brief Answer:
Signs of liver/gallbladder problems;avoid drinking until tests are done...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the requested information.

1. If you drink a lot of beer, then, being nauseaous all the time is suggestive for liver and/or gallbladder problems.

A further abdominal ultrasound and liver function test is advised to rule them out/confirm the diagnosis.

2. Pancreas problems should be also excluded by pancreas function test.

For the moment, until you have the tests done, I strongly suggest to:
- avoid drinking beer or any other alcoholic drink
- increase water intake
- eat healthy ( avoid spicy/chilly/fatty foods)
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- take OTC anti-nausea medications

Hope it was of help!

Brief Answer:
Still thinking you need further diagnostic tests...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

If no stomach pain, but drinking a lot of alcohol (mainly beer); then, still liver/gallbladder problems are causing you to be all the time nauseous.

If stomach pain also, then, GERD or gastritis might be probable causes and should be determined by upper endoscopy.

Let me know if you need further assistance! Please take note that without a good medical evaluation, your true diagnosis cannot be made.
