You're having multiple sites pain.
If your Calf muscle pain subsides while rest after walking than it can be due to poor blood supply.
Need some investigations like colour doppler ultra sound to make diagnosis.
If you are having pain while in resting posture too than it can be due to fibro myalgia.
Treatment
Medications like tab gabapentin and methylcobalamine.
Tab amitriptylline.
You will be fine in two weeks.
Some investigationS like MRI spine
Thyroid profile also needed.
You can visit local psychiatrist to prescribe these drugs.
