Brief Answer:
Morning sickness ( vomiting) is common symptom during early pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
Congratulations on her pregnancy!
Morning sickness or vomiting is very common symptom during early pregnancy.
As she is on right treatment and her reports are fine (only mild increase in ESR which is not very significant) so no need to worry.

But before giving my opinion I want to ask a few questions.
Now is her vomiting under control after treatment or not?
How much weight she lost and in how many days?
Is she having any other associated symptoms like fever etc.?
Is her ultrasound scan is fine?

Please revert to me with answer.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

Hi,
Her vomiting sensation is usually very much of a fatigue for one day and another day would be normal day and it toggles even after medication.
We are married since past since six months. Since beginning she had a habbit of eating very less. She was 39kgs then. She became 38 kgs in 3-4 months of marriage and now she is 36kgs. Is there anything can be done to improve her food habbits.
No fever symtoms.
Her ultrasound scan is fine.
Will her low weight be a problem for herself or baby or both? Many of my relatives have alerted her to improve her food intake to avoid any anaemia kind of situation.

Brief Answer:
Give her a healthy and balanced diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
Sorry for the long delay in my response.
During pregnancy requirements of nutrients are increased and she should have a balanced and nutritious diet to fulfil her and baby requirements.
If she is unable to take anything through mouth after medication than we can try parentral administration ( through drip).
Usually vomiting get decreased after first trimester.
She should take a diet rich in protein with lots of vegetables and fruits.
Her weight is quite low and she should gain at least 10-15 kg.of weight during pregnancy.
Yes her weight is quite low and it will affect her and baby health.
Due to low weight she became deficient in nutrient and vitamins.
Promote her to take small and frequent diet, drink a lot of water, take green and leafy vegetables, take an adequate sleep, do some yoga and meditation, take folic acid tablets.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.
