Brief Answer:
Try oral antihistaminics and local creams.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Looking at images, it looks more like allergy or local skin infection.Appearance of rash/lesion is not very specific for mold/fungal infection.

Two this you can try are.
Oral antihistaminics- this will stop itching and take care of this if its allergy.
Second try a local cream which is combination of antibiotic, antifungal and mild steroids in it.

Try this for two weeks.Dont scratch the skin.keep skin clean and dry.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards

Brief Answer:
I, suggest anti histamines and oral anti fungal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Actually this test, tests antibodies against the mold, formed in body due to exposures in past or recently. So its indirect evidence of mold presence. Commonly unnoticed mold in lungs leads to positive test.

Her rash is not typically in patches, commonly seen with fungal/mold infections. Her rash is kind of in blister, common with bacterial and allergies. so thought of fungal/mold infection as less likely.

Anyways we can go ahead with test results.

You can start antihistamines and oral anti fungal like griseofulvin (This is a prescribed medication).

There is no harm in continuing a local antiseptic cream with mild steroids, this will reduce her symptoms.

Regards.
