Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I have gone through you query and will help you in best possible way,
Itchy rash on a chest can be due to many reasons,
It may be atopic dermatitis,
Contact dermatities, bacterial infection,or fungal infection(round or oval patches),
Ussualy in my clinic I prescribe antihistaminic like citrizine for 7 days, your doctor will know the dose about it,
Most of rashes with acute duration of 2 days are allergic, they ussually suppress in a week of time,
Try avoiding soap on itchy area, and excessive scratching of area,it will worsen your itching further,
If you have any further queries feel free to ask,I will guide you for your best possible understanding,
Wish you good health
