Brief Ans-Breathlessness with resistant Pneumonia with Multiple health issues/ Under Evaluation

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.

My opinion-
IN the given situation, You seems to be having-Mild hyperkalemia.
Dear you have not given any info on your age/sex and other information of the current medicines/ body weight/ daily Urine output / diuretic medicines for ?high Blood pressure / and your diet contents and its day's schedule/ Histo-path report of ? Stomach Polyp-?Gastric/Colonic?.

In such a scenario,I would need more details on above facts, before suggesting on any suggestions on such a sensitive issue of Potassium levels-which are marginally high-with Mild Hyperkalemia,as this would raise anxiety due to stress on Kidney functions, indicating compromised kidney functions.

Comments to reply your specific queries-
In the given scenario-You seem to be breathless and weak.Cause of this seems to be chronic Pneumonia for last 2 mths time.More details needed on reports of the last CT scan, which would be helpful to assess your current - Mild Hyperkalemia.
Though your stress test is clear, You seem to be under lot of physical and systemic functional stress from chronic Pneumonia with accompanied multiple ailments, which need to be detailed from You,as the present info is complex and does not give any information-as to what you demand to resolve your current health priorities about health concerns.
Following is the brief up of your current status.

Opinion on Current status-
Based on the submitted health issues, the recent Polyp Surgery for Removal of stomach polyp, with old histories of left internal carotid block with stent for 4 strokes, the recent(7-7-16) CT Chest-suggests quiet a bit of unresolved right Lung Pneumonia.
The recent bout of chest pain with shortness of breath with diarrhoea with black stools accompanied with under rib left sided severe pain with some right side pain , seems to be from
Chronic / Acute-Stress Induced Gastritis/ Enteritis with? internal hemorrhage.

As the recent H.Pylori tests seem to be Normal, this would raise anxiety to investigate the internal haemorrahge, which has caused black stools with diarrhoea, which you had on end of June-i.e- before 28th.

More Info needed to comment on the Mild Hyperkalemia.
Dear, in such blood reporting situation, routinely second blood test is advised to rule out a wrong reading and to confirm if the second indicates normal Potassium reading( 3-5.2 meq)

Reply to specific question of yours-

Brief Answer:
Right post-auricular painful lump with multiple neck lumps below / Under Ev

Detailed Answer:

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your appreciative remarks and for update query to Me .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns along with the updated infromation

My opinion-
Dear,
You seems to be having -A lump in the head-which seems to be from Boil/ Folliculitis - from forgotten scratch from infected scalp.
Rest seem to be lymph nodes behind right ear and neck below.

Reply to specific question of yours-
Out of these 5 lumps -1 in head seems to be causing primary infection-i.e.Boil in hair follicle of the head -scalp, and other 4 lumps-are caused from draining lymph nodes, which got inflamed from transported infection in scalp.

Do's suggested-
Consult Surgeon and / Dermatologist and fix cause of head lump first.
and also fix the cause of scalp infection-which could be from dry scalp.Rule out psoriasis-if such lumps are recurring.
Get Antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs with script from your doctors.
If no relief after 1 week- rule out other causes by Consults with dermatologist and Surgeon, who would investigate by physical check ups and by laboratory tests.
Biopsy of the unresolved head lumps would be needed,if the lumps persists after the antibiotic treatment.
Other causes for these multiple painful small lumps in your case , need to be investigated before planning any treatment in your case.

Next appointment-
Any time soon after the above treatment, preferably after 4 weeks, so as to review further plan of treatment in your case.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment of this complex illness of yours, with help of doctors attending on you.
