Question: My husband has a small round bump behind his ear, not red or inflamed. Feels sort of moveable. Does not hurt him.

It is common to have enlarged lymph nodes in this area - they are called the post auricular lymph nodes. They are usually small 1cm or less and XXXXXXX They are not usually serious and can be related to something as simple as having dandruff.
