Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic for posting your query

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern. You are likely to be having lumbar spondylitis with radiation pain to leg(sciatica) as it is common in your age. It can be confirmed by x ray and MRI of lumbar spine. Its treatment is rest in lateral position with both hips and knees flexed. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful in relieving pain. Glucosamine delays and repair degenerative changes to some extent. Mecobalamine is helpful in resolving sciatica.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
Wishing you good health
Take care

Brief Answer:
It may also be a muscular pain due to muscle pull.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
If it occurs after weight training excercises then it can also be muscular pain due to any muscle pull. Its treatment is rest and analgesic. Sciatica can also aggravated by weight training excercises. It is advisable to rest and avoid excercises till pain resolves. Sacroiliac pain is not common. Mecobalamine is also called methylcobalamine. It is one form of vitamin B12.It is a prescription medicine however it is also present in many B complex supplements. Rest already been discussed. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
