Brief Answer:
It might be muscle strain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

Lower back pain is quite common among people.
Back muscle strain is one of the most common causes of mild to severe lower back pain. Lifting a heavy object, twisting, or a sudden movement can cause muscles or ligaments stretch or develop microscopic tears in muscles. Wrong posture or lack of stretch breaks during the work
Inadequate rest with increasing weight are all aggravating factors for such a problem.

You are likely to be having muscular lower backache due to wrong posture. Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking. Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water. Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down.

Take pain killer medications (ibuprofen or tramadol or diclofenac or aceclofenac) with muscle relaxants like Robaxin (methocarbamol) prescribed by your family physician. You can also apply over the counter pain killer gel or ointment for faster relief. You can apply cold compression which will be helpful.Mostly, this kind of pain subsides within 3 to 5 days with medications and rest.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Take care.
