Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the recent history you have shared, the location and character of pain makes it less likely to be due to some specific viscera but seems to be intestinal. A right approach Should be to have an ultrasound abdomen as well Xray of abdomen by standing upright to look for any signs of bowel obstruction or gases.

A possibility of pain originating from bladder also exist in cases of some bladder colic leading to bladder filling and incomplete emptying but that can also have associated flanks fulness kind of symptoms.

I would suggest to start soft diets for few days and anti spasmodic like drotaverine or hyoscyamine may help alongwith OTC analgesics like acetaminophen.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
