Brief Answer:
Needs urgent medical attention to ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic

Lower abdominal with testicular pain may be related to one of the following,

(1) Testicular torsion- It occurs when the spermatic cord is twisted or entangled and cause restricted blood supply to the testes and needs immediate medical attention.

(2) Epididymitis- the epididymis refers to a collection of tightly coiled tubes found on the testes.

(3) Orchitis- this refers to inflammation of the testes that can be due to bacterial or viral infection

But to diagnose the actual cause, you will require clinical examination with relevant investigations like complete hemogram, urinalysis and ultrasound of abdomen with testis.

Testicular torsion must be ruled out first.

So,I would advise you to see urgent medical attention to ER for thoroughly examination and appropriate investigations by urologist rather than just taking OTC analgesics like aspirin as you had taken earlier.

So,do not wait and consult doctor.

Hope this will help you and if you need any more help then you can ask me.

Regards,
