Brief Answer:
You must take vitamin D supplement now

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I am sorry that your vitamin D3 levels are too low. At this point, you must consider taking vitamin D supplement regularly for 12 to 16 weeks.

I usually suggest my patients Vitamin D XXXXXXX in one glass of water weekly once for 12 consecutive weeks. Re-check your Vitamin D levels after 12 weeks of treatment. Meanwhile, continue your sun exposure as well.

I usually prescribe my patients Mashyne XXXXXXX 60000IU per week. Please ask for vitamin D prescription from your doctor.

You can also take Vitamin D capsules or injections depending on your comfort level.

Get well soon.
