Brief Answer:
Few more details please

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXX,
Welcome to HCM
From the report, it is difficult to tell if there is infection or not. However, presence of occult blood in the stools should prompt us to get evaluated for conditions like Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), rather than IBS.. Before suggesting a diagnostic approach, i would like to know few other things about your problem:
1. Do you have pain abdomen/weight loss
2. Feeling of incomplete evacuation, urgency
3. Diarrhea or pain abdomen that ever wakes you up from sleep
4. Mucus or pus in the stools
5. Any other blood investigations (like ESR,CRP,TWBC OR stool cultures) done?

Looking to help you out.

Dear Doctor

I do not have any pain in the abdomen, but due to the Diarrhea or the last 3 weeks i have lost weight. But there is no pain in the abdomen or diarrihea at night. There is mucus in the stool but no pus, At times after passing stool there isa feeling of incomplete evacuation. The blood test was done and The result is attached

Brief Answer:
You may try an antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
All the reports are looking good. I guess you have a sequel of infectious diarrhea. IBS needs 3 months of symptoms for diagnosis, and hence is too early now to consider.
You may try a anti protozoal and antibacterial combination antibiotic (like Ornidazole/ofloxacin) that would eliminate any infection in the gut. If still there is no response, i would recommend a colonoscopy.
Please consult your doctor for getting the prescription and further evaluation.
ALL THE BEST.
