Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

There are many different possibilitieswhich could explain the symptoms you have reported. One thing we must be careful of is to consider and rule out a possible cardiac cause.

An irregular heartbeat or very fast heart rate can sometimes contribute to symptoms of dizziness like you have reported.

other considerations include dehydration or possible electrolyte abnormalities. I think since your symptoms have persisted it would be in your best interest to seek medical attention. Ideally I would hope that you can be seen by a physician very soon.

A good physical examination and possibly some laboratory studies may be very helpful. And EKG might be very helpful as well to evaluate your heart rate and regularity.

I would not wait at this point and I would proceed to seek medical attention as soon as possible.

thank you again for sending your question and sharing your healthcare concerns with us.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga

Detailed Answer:
I agree this does not sound like a classic ear infection. Another possibility would be that you may be experiencing vertigo which can be related to inflammation of the inner ear canal.

I do agree that a good physical examination would be helpful on this type of situation.

sincerely,
