Brief Answer:
May be a left submandibular sialadenitis due to infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the left submandibular sialadenitis due to infection.

I personally advised proper antibiotic and anti inflammatory course for three days and if symptoms not improved then to rule out other disease and to reach the near diagnosis you may go for
1. Ultrasonography of the neck.
2. Serum amylase level, ESR and routine hematological investigation.
3. Oral examination.

Thanks.
