Question: Hi, so the left side of my mouth went numb abour 5 hours ago and then my mouth muscles went weak. if I try and smile my mouth droops to right side. and I am trying to figure out if I should go to the ER or wait to call my pcp. I also collasped last week, very randomly. my pcp said I was fine. But I have never fallen before, and especially without wanring. my muscles are very weak and my brain fog is getting bad. I also am getting tested for celiacs. and maybe it is related to that.

I saw your picture and went through your query. It is FACIAL PALSY means there is paralysis of Facial nerve that supplies sensation and power to facial muscles.

It could be due to problem in facial nerve or it could be due to problem in brain. You need personal examination by a neurologist to decide where is the problem . I recommend you to go to Er now and if possible get a MRI brain scan done.

I don't think it is related to your Celiac disease.
